Industry veteran joins Pacific Advisors to lead field strategy and advisor growth.

Pacific Advisors announced today that Kevin DeGray has joined the firm as Head of Field & Growth, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience across insurance, financial services, distribution, recruiting and agency development.
DeGray joins Pacific Advisors from Guardian Life, where he most recently led Individual Disability Income, Life and Annuity Sales. Through that role, he worked closely with field organizations across the country, including Pacific Advisors and its leadership team.

As Head of Field & Growth, DeGray will provide leadership across the functions supporting advisors throughout their careers, including recruiting and onboarding, learning and development, marketing, sales support, brokerage and practice growth. His focus will be on connecting these capabilities to create stronger advisor experiences, greater alignment across the firm, and an infrastructure built to support continued growth.
Over the course of his career, DeGray has led teams supporting thousands of career agents and developed leaders across sales and distribution, customer service, disability income underwriting, multi-life and large-case underwriting. He joined Guardian in February 2022 as Head of Individual Disability Income and Annuity Sales, adding Life Sales to his responsibilities in January 2023.

DeGray earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western New England University and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
