Haiqing Chen has been in the financial services industry since 1995. She offers total financial needs analysis through a network of experienced professionals with detailed knowledge in Advisory Services, Insurance, Retirement Income Planning, Estate Strategies, Employee Benefit and Retention Services, and Business Continuation Strategies.  

She has a MS degree in Applied Economics and Finance from UC Santa Cruz. She holds multiple security licenses including Series 6, 7 and 63, and California Life and Health License. Haiqing is a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) professional, and she also has the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) professional designations from the American College of Financial Planning. Before she entered the field of private wealth management, Haiqing worked as a quantitative analyst for Virtus Investment Partners, where she earned her Charter Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation. 

She is a registered representative of and offer securities, and investment advisory services and financial planning through Park Avenue Securities, member FINRA, SIPC. 

Haiqing is a 20+ year resident of California and resides in San Jose with her husband Shuilong and two children, Alyssa and Chris.
