Heather is the Managing Director at Pacific Advisors in Portland, Oregon, where she is focused on expanding the firm’s presence throughout the Pacific Northwest. With a strong background in sales leadership and talent development, she is passionate about building strategies that drive both individual and organizational success.

Before joining Pacific Advisors, Heather served as Growth and Development Director at Northwestern Mutual from 2021 to 2025, earning multiple accolades, including the National Distribution Builder Award. She was consistently ranked as one of the top 20 growth and development leaders out of over 500 nationwide. Her leadership played a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating top talent, helping numerous advisors achieve milestones such as the Pacesetter 40 achievement. With her contribution, her office became the top-ranked in the country for new advisor production and recruiting.

Heather’s industry experience extends to leadership roles at Mutual of Omaha and Pipeline Insurance General Agency, where she spearheaded sales strategies, built strong teams, and developed lasting relationships. At Mutual of Omaha, she led a team of advisors while implementing innovative marketing and sales initiatives focused on recruitment and retention. At Pipeline Insurance, she built the Life and Health Sales department from the ground up, driving revenue growth and establishing strong partnerships with industry carriers.

A former Division I catcher for the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Heather understands the value of discipline, teamwork, and a competitive mindset—qualities that continue to shape her leadership approach. Her time on the field honed her work ethic and provided her with a unique perspective on collaboration and performance-driven success.

Beyond her career, Heather is passionate about travel, especially to beach destinations. She is a frequent visitor of Baja Mexico, where she enjoys the vibrant culture and coastal beauty. A wine enthusiast, she loves wine tasting in Valle de Guadalupe and is excited to plant roots in Oregon to explore the renowned wineries of the Willamette Valley.

Heather and her wife, Breeze, share their home in Happy Valley, Oregon, with their fabulous rescue pup, Diego, who is settling in nicely. They are avid sports fans, passionately following the San Diego Padres and the Oregon Ducks. On weekends, you can find them enjoying live music at concerts, trying new restaurants, and, of course, wine tasting with friends.
